"Heads Up!" A new project to combat healthcare disparities begun by American Academy of Physician Assistants

This new awareness campaign is aimed at reducing racial and ethnic disparities in health care by raising awareness among MD’s and other clinicians. Developed by PA's at the University of Washington, the project uses advertising-type signs placed on shuttle buses that shuttle medical students and other clinicians between the medical school and a local medical center.
